Xiaomi VS iPhone, which one is better?
Xiaomi VS iPhone: Android phones such as Xiaomi phones or Samsung and iOS phones are at a year-old war to decide which one is better than the other. Samsung was and still is one of the leading brands on the Android side, but then joined a new brand that has been a game-changer, Xiaomi. Be it battery life, performance, or camera, it has given a lot of competition to Apple phones. Which of these is better? Well, it’s complicated so let’s simplify it.

Battery Life
Xiaomi offers us a range of phones from mid-rangers to high-end ones with long-lasting battery life. Compared to Apple devices, we don’t always see that. It has some devices with good battery life, some on the higher end of the spectrum but it’s still not quite the volume and certainly not the biggest rival to Xiaomi.
Display
Apple had an advantage over Xiaomi with its AMOLED display that conserves battery on a black background and offers a lot of eye-satisfying vibrant colors. However, Xiaomi at a certain point started making smartphones that also come with AMOLED and has closed this gap once and for all and has done so while still keeping the prices affordable.
Price
Without a doubt, the clear winner here is Xiaomi. As we all know, based on the premium experience and price on its reputation, Apple devices are worth a lot. If you decide on a phone based on price, Apple isn’t a great choice. You can also get the same or better performance for a lower price than Xiaomi phones.
Operating System
In terms of system performance, Apple has a clear advantage with its iOS operating system, as it has always led on spontaneity which is basically a lot more optimized than Android. However, Android devices with the latest updates have become more and more smooth, coming very close to iOS. One of the major downsides of iOS compared to Android is that it is not very flexible. Customization options are relatively few, jailbreaking is difficult, app support is again relatively low, and it’s of limited use overall.

Camera
We can’t believe a statement claims that one is better than the other in-camera performance, as there are great devices on both ends that can best the other. A fair statement would be that if you aim for camera performance, you have great options on both Xiaomi phones and Apple phones. A plus thing with Xiaomi phones is that since they run on Android, there is support for Google Camera known as the GCam app which greatly improves the quality of the camera and allows you to adjust your shooting settings. Offers many options.
CPU and GPU Performance
Currently, Apple’s latest processor A13 Bionic, as strong as it can be, is weaker than the Snapdragon 888, which puts Apple at a disadvantage in terms of CPU and GPU performance at the moment. However, this is not to say that Apple is and will always be less than Xiaomi or any other Android device. Power dynamics shift all the time, Apple may launch a better CPU in the market that can outperform others, and Xiaomi or some other brand may do the opposite. It’s basically a competition and there’s no clear winner until someone gives up, so you can go ahead and choose any brand for CPU and GPU performance.
Features
iOS comes with a lot of features such as text messaging over the Internet via Apple ID or Memojis, although Xiaomi is not far behind either. At this point in time, it is a known fact that Xiaomi has repeatedly copied Apple and while this imitation is viewed negatively among some people, its positive consequence is that we have to unnecessarily buy the overpriced brand. Lots of features available without the need for This is how Xiaomi gives us a lot more battery life, price range, performance, and camera quality than Apple.
